Only people over the age of 18 are entitled to enter any of the lotteries or raffles on offer or claim any prize money won due to their ticket entries.

The entries represent tickets purchased for participation in the official lotteries organized and managed by the lottery operators, not by winorrefund. Registration

Before making their first purchase, a Player must register and create a Winorrefund account by giving us their correct personal information, which is essential to avoid delays in purchasing their ticket entries and processing prize claims.

After creating a Player Account, the Player agrees to be held solely responsible for all activity associated with their Player account. Any suspected account breach must be reported to Winorrefund when the Player detects or discovers the breach.

Deposit & Withdrawals

Users can check the deposit page to check out the deposit options available like Bitcoin (BTC), Tether USDT (ERC20), Tether USDT(TRC20), Ethereum, Perfect Money, Binance BNB Coin Debit Card, Credit Card, Master Card / Visa Card or American Express. You can use any of the payment methods to deposit/withdraw funds. There are NO extra charges on deposit. 

After payment, users have to send the payment proof to Winorrefund, and they can deposit or withdraw according to the provided limits. 

As soon as we receive a payment, it will be deposited and approved from our side. We are not responsible for the delayed payments. It takes a minimum of 15 minutes or more, depending on the blockchain system. However, some payment processors are automatic, so the deposit is made as soon as we receive the confirmation. 

Users can use the same payment methods to withdraw funds from Winorrefund.  In addition, it may take 24 hours or 3 business days to withdraw funds. After a withdrawal request, the transaction ID will be sent to the user via their registered email. However, users have to wait for confirmation.

In case you are withdrawing more than the available limit, you have to wait until the previous withdrawal is processed. After that, you can request the next withdrawal. 

Affiliate plan

In order to be a part of our referral or affiliate program, users have to buy at least 1 ticket. After that, you can use your referral link to refer users to our platform and earn commissions. 

The Affiliate earnings will be deposited into your account immediately. You can easily transfer this payment to the other users, buy tickets, or withdraw it using any payment method. Lottery Durations

All lotteries of Wincap LTD (cash prize, scholarship, umrah, dowry) have a limit of 30 days. After that, the lottery prizes will be announced within 7 days. We can exceed the lucky draw time and date without any prior notice. 

Our lucky draw is based on the electronic system, and as with any other system, the random user will be selected as a winner. 

Users can participate in any lottery program and buy as many tickets as possible. 

Users cannot transfer their tickets or cancel them after purchasing. 

For Lottery Winners

If a user wins any cash prize, it will be deposited in their account right away in the form of a balance that can be withdrawn anytime. However, if users win any other lottery, it is up to them whether they want a prize or an estimated amount. 

For example, in the Scholarship lottery, the winner/student can get the monthly expenses or the estimated amount, depending on their choice. 

Refund 

If users want a refund, they have to wait for the lucky draw. After that, the funds will be transferred to their accounts automatically. They can withdraw these funds anytime.
